Before you install the .NET Framework and IIS, you will need to set a password for the Administrator. Not only does PanelDaemon require this but it is good administrative practice as this password is often not set on Windows machines. To do this go to the Control Panel and look for the Administrative Tools icon. Double click on this icon. Then look for Computer Management icon and double click on it.

The Computer Management applet will open. Expand the tree-view under System Tools on the left hand side and open the Users folder underneath Local Users and Groups. On the right hand side you will see a list of users. Locate the Administrator account and then right click once. You will see the option to "Set Password ..."

You will see the following message. Click Proceed.

Now type in a new password. Remember or write this password down as you will need it during the installation of PanelDaemon. Then click OK.
